Your wedding day with me
Editorial portraits. Documentary moments. A relaxed approach to your day.
Getting ready
I’ll arrive around 1.5–2 hours before your ceremony, capturing the details, excitement and natural moments as you get ready. Once you’re ready, we’ll create some beautiful portraits, and I’ll help set up a reveal if you’d like one. If time allows, I’ll also capture some photographs with your family and those getting ready with you.
The ceremony
Then it’s time to get married! I’ll quietly capture everything as it naturally unfolds — the emotions, reactions, laughter and all the little moments in between.
After the “I do”
I’ll help organise confetti and any formal family photographs you’d like.
But first, I feel it's very important for you to have time with your guests. You’ve just got married, and I think those first hugs, congratulations and celebrations are super important!
Your 20 minutes
Once you’ve seen your wedding breakfast room, I’ll whisk you away for around 20 minutes of portraits together. This is where I’ll guide and pose you to create those gorgeous editorial-style portraits, before getting you straight back to your guests — so you don’t miss out on the celebrations.
The speeches
During the speeches, I’ll switch back to a documentary approach, capturing not just the speakers but the laughter, tears, reactions and moments happening around the room.
The evening
From here, the evening is yours to enjoy however you choose. I’ll continue capturing the moments as they naturally happen, with opportunities for some fun bridesmaid or groomsmen photographs too.
And if we’re lucky with the timing and the light, we might even sneak away for some beautiful golden-hour portraits before heading back to the celebrations.
Then it’s back to the dance floor, the drinks and everything that makes your evening yours.
